ICWA Kinship Worker

The ICWA Kinship Worker will identify and assist extended family and community members wishing to serve as foster families for Native American children in need of out-of-home placement in meeting the requirements for licensure, and providing ongoing support for foster families and children during placement. Safe Harbor Youth Worker

The Safe Harbor Youth Worker will provide intervention and support for sexually exploited youth and youth at high risk for sexual exploitation, with an emphasis on outreach to Native American girls and Two Spirit youth aged 12 to 24. See description. Download PDF description.

Family Housing Worker

The Minnesota Indian Women’s Resource Center is a multi-service non-profit serving American Indian women and families with holistic, culturally-based programs and services. The Family Housing Worker will provide assistance to qualifying American Indian families in Hennepin County to obtain and maintain stable, permanent affordable housing. See description.
